Loading page content…Inventory dashboards, order and job tracking, admin panels and customer portals for businesses in Surendranagar and across Saurashtra. For grain, oilseed and mandi trade, salt, soda ash and marine chemicals and ceramic tiles and sanitaryware, that usually means the screen your staff keep open all day — not a brochure site with animation on it.
Surendranagar trades cotton for a wide belt and works salt from the Little Rann, sitting beside Wadhwan as a twin town. The district also carries the ceramic and refractory units at Thangadh and Dhrangadhra.
React work in Saurashtra is production and export operations. Units need job and production tracking, quality and rejection logging, dispatch and container planning, and export documentation. These are internal applications with live state, roles and reporting — behind a login, where React alone is the right and cheaper tool.
Software follows the workflow, and the workflow follows the trade. For grain, oilseed and mandi trade, salt, soda ash and marine chemicals and ceramic tiles and sanitaryware, these are the systems that come up repeatedly.
Arrivals, lot and grade capture, weighbridge records, commission and payment tracking, and godown stock. Built phone-first, because that is where the entries actually happen.
Pan-wise production, grade and moisture testing, stockpile records and dispatch against contracts. Seasonal production means the reporting has to compare like periods rather than running totals.
Production planning, kiln and line scheduling, sorting and grading by quality class, and dispatch against container bookings. Grade sorting in particular is where spreadsheets break down, because the same design exists in three qualities at three prices.
Saurashtra is one of India's densest small-manufacturing regions. Rajkot runs engineering, castings, machine tools and auto components; Morbi is the world's second-largest ceramic tile cluster and also makes most of India's wall clocks; Jamnagar holds the brass parts cluster alongside the world's largest refinery complex; Bhavnagar has the Alang ship-breaking yards and a substantial diamond-polishing workforce. Junagadh and Gir handle groundnut and Kesar mango, Savarkundla makes weighing scales, and Surendranagar trades cotton and salt.
Most businesses here sell to other businesses — dealers, importers, OEMs — and those buyers want product specifications, capacity and export capability before anything else. A significant share of enquiries come from overseas importers who will never visit, so the website is effectively the whole first meeting.
Same region, same economics, same way of working — remotely, over calls and WhatsApp.
React is worth it when a screen has to keep up with the person using it — stock that filters instantly, an order board that updates as staff work through it, records captured on a phone on the floor. It is not worth it for a brochure site, a catalogue that only needs browsing, or a form your team fills once a week.
When a packaged product already covers most of what you need, buy it — I will tell you when that is the case. And whatever gets built, you own the repository outright.
The stack, the build process and the honest limitsMost businesses need a website, and I will say so rather than sell you an application. React earns its place when a screen has to react to the person using it — an inventory grid that filters instantly, an order board that updates as staff work through it. If your requirement is pages people read, React adds cost and removes nothing.
That is set out trade by trade above rather than left as a generic feature list, because the workflow is the requirement. Slab inventory, batch traceability, collection records and job cards are different systems even though they are all "a dashboard".
Yes, and it is one of the more valuable pieces. Invoices, packing lists and container details generated from the order data you already entered, in the formats your buyers and customs require. The saving is not just time — it is the errors that come from retyping the same details into four documents.
Yes, with location as a dimension throughout: stock, production and dispatch per unit, with management seeing a combined view and each unit seeing its own. It is worth building this in from the start, because retrofitting multi-location into a single-location system is a rewrite rather than an addition.
Only if it is built for them rather than for management, and this is the single most common reason these systems fail. That means large touch targets, minimal typing, Gujarati labels where that helps, and each screen doing one thing. I test with actual staff before launch, because a system the floor routes around produces worse data than the register it replaced.
This page is about applications. The other two answer different questions.
Tell me what your team does every day and where it goes wrong. If a dashboard is not the answer, I will say so before either of us spends anything.
