Loading page content…Inventory dashboards, order and job tracking, admin panels and customer portals for businesses in Bundi and across Hadoti. For grain, oilseed and mandi trade and heritage tourism and hotels, that usually means the screen your staff keep open all day — not a brochure site with animation on it.
Bundi is a stepwell and palace town in the Hadoti belt, painted in its own school of miniature, with rice and agricultural trade filling the working economy between tourist seasons. Kipling wrote part of Kim here.
The operational load in Kota is genuinely heavy — thousands of enquiries in a season, batch allocation, hostel occupancy, fee cycles, test results. That is where React earns its place: dashboards your counselling staff use all day, updating live, with roles separating who can see fee data from who can see attendance.
Software follows the workflow, and the workflow follows the trade. For grain, oilseed and mandi trade and heritage tourism and hotels, these are the systems that come up repeatedly.
Arrivals, lot and grade capture, weighbridge records, commission and payment tracking, and godown stock. Built phone-first, because that is where the entries actually happen.
Availability and booking calendars, enquiry pipelines across properties, and rate management by season. Group and event enquiries are usually what the aggregators do not handle and where the margin sits.
Hadoti pairs heavy industry with the country's most concentrated education market. Kota carries chemical and fertiliser plants, thermal power and the Kota stone trade, and simultaneously runs India's largest coaching-institute economy with the hostel, mess and transport businesses that grew around it. Baran and Jhalawar handle soybean, coriander and orange trade at scale, and Bundi adds rice milling and a steady tourism trickle.
Kota's coaching market has trained an entire audience to compare carefully. Parents research from other states, often at night, and they check results, faculty, hostel conditions and fees before making contact. Industrial buyers in the same region behave completely differently — they want specification, capacity and compliance, and they want it without a form in the way.
Same region, same economics, same way of working — remotely, over calls and WhatsApp.
React is worth it when a screen has to keep up with the person using it — stock that filters instantly, an order board that updates as staff work through it, records captured on a phone on the floor. It is not worth it for a brochure site, a catalogue that only needs browsing, or a form your team fills once a week.
When a packaged product already covers most of what you need, buy it — I will tell you when that is the case. And whatever gets built, you own the repository outright.
The stack, the build process and the honest limitsMost businesses need a website, and I will say so rather than sell you an application. React earns its place when a screen has to react to the person using it — an inventory grid that filters instantly, an order board that updates as staff work through it. If your requirement is pages people read, React adds cost and removes nothing.
That is set out trade by trade above rather than left as a generic feature list, because the workflow is the requirement. Slab inventory, batch traceability, collection records and job cards are different systems even though they are all "a dashboard".
That is precisely the case it is built for. Enquiries land in one queue, get assigned to counsellors, carry a follow-up history, and roll up into a daily conversion view. The genuine gain is not storage, it is that no enquiry sits untouched for three days because the person who took the call was on leave.
Yes — attendance, test results and fee status in a portal removes a large share of the calls your office handles. I would build it as a second phase though. A portal is only as good as the data behind it, and pushing incomplete internal data to parents creates more problems than it solves.
It has to, so it gets tested on them rather than only on a development machine. That means keeping the JavaScript bundle small, avoiding animation that stutters on weak hardware, and designing screens that work on a small display. A dashboard that only performs well on a new laptop is a dashboard your floor staff will abandon.
This page is about applications. The other two answer different questions.
Tell me what your team does every day and where it goes wrong. If a dashboard is not the answer, I will say so before either of us spends anything.
