It fixes the technical half of a search problem — speed, crawlability, structured data and per-page indexing. It does not write content and it does not earn links.
If a competitor outranks you because they have fifty genuinely useful pages and you have four, no framework closes that gap. I will tell you which of the two you are dealing with before you spend anything, including when the answer is that your current site is fine and the money belongs somewhere else entirely.
Speed also rarely wins an industrial buyer on its own — they will wait for content they need. Where it matters is the earlier stage: getting found, and surviving the first ten seconds of a comparison.
